I wanted to write to tell you about a darling beagle we got from TJO about 8 years ago. She was hurt and beaten and a man from TJO picked her up in Springfield in the rain and brought her in. We happened to stop there a day later and saw her, my husband was grieving over a pet we had to put to sleep because of old age and heart failure, but to get back to the subject he loved her and wanted her right away. we had to wait 3 days to take her home. It was the best $85.00 we ever spent. She has loved and helped my husband through 3 strokes. She loves him dearly and he loves her truly. They are always together, even in bed. :o) If we have to go where she can't go, we hire a "baby" sitter. We have recommended TJO to everyone.
