TJO May Update (April 24)Budget Amendment Filed to Help Build New Facility Representatives Wagner (Chicopee), Petrolati (Ludlow), Asselin and Rivera (Springfield) and Buoniconti (W. Springfield) filed an Amendment #497 to the budget for the appropriation of $3.5 million dollars for the construction of a regional animal control facility to be located in Hampden County. The Dog Adoption Network is asking people to contact state reps and request they support "Amendment #497 Budget pg. 82 item# 2310-0214".
